
The text in question is Genesis 6:3 which in part says...”(man’s) days shall amount to a hundred and twenty years”. By contextual reading of this passage, it is abundantly clear that God was not dictating the greatest potential age of humanity in this verse. The whole chapter is telling us about the dreadful situation of the time, and why God had decided to wipe out that generation of evil people, and that the time limit he was going to give them before he acted was of ‘one hundred and twenty years’.
In the Bible itself, there are some examples of men and women of later times who live many years more than that.
Of course, faith plays a role in many of the things we do as humans, whether we have a religious bent or not. Even astronomers predict the existence of unseen planets or stars based on precise mathematical calculations. Faith drives the work of many scientists
Interestingly, they have faith on the reliable mathematical laws. Therefore, in answering the question: “Does an elixir of prolonged youth really exists|?”, we should approach the subject with faith based on facts.
If I were to ask you if you believe in the Lochness monster, your reply may be yes or not, but in either case, there are not valid reasons for an unexpectedly strong position on that issue. Whereas in the subject of the prolongation of life, even in this staying age, there are certain nutritional and lifestyle principles that, if applied, will have a tremendous impact on your health and wellbeing.
You will need some degree of belief tough. You will need to believe that by making some effort, not only will you not be disappointed, but you will have the exhilarating sense of success in your own body and mind. From my own personal experience, I will be explaining how you can be in excellent health, mentally and physically.
Let me start by saying that the rejuvenation process should begin at a cellular level... I’ll be sharing with you honest secrets that will allow your body to stay clear of deceases, even though everybody else around you is falling sickly. The secrets, when applied, will act as an invisible protection against external intruders.
It will not matter how many germs attempt to colonise your system. If your blood stream is at the ideal PH level (alkalinity/acid ratio), you are safe. Of course, nobody is immune to come into contact with many germs and bacteria, but these little beasts will not hurt you, or cause disease, unless they have a comfy place to survive, thrive and reproduce themselves.
The ‘elixir of youth’ is a combination of proper nutrition, herbal tonics and supplements. These are the core components. Ancillary to that, there are some other things that will enhance your wellbeing: drinking clear water every day, moderate physical exercise, stretching your muscles, going for a walk and taking in sunshine and fresh air. They all work, but they actually work together with the nutrition, herbal teas and supplements.
It is essential to understand that to stay healthy, strong and cheerful, we need to take care of ourselves and not leave that to the GP. Many people - often not by their own fault, keep themselves ignorant of the fundamentals of living (eating, drinking and working) in relation to their health. In fact, the vast majority do not even think about their health until something goes wrong.
Only when sick, people become alarmed and go to the doctor. These people do not realize that what is troubling them is the result of a violation of the fundamental laws of health and wellbeing. That illustrates the importance of knowledge.
I do hope that this blog and articles that will be appearing in it will be my humble contribution to increasing awareness and knowledge about proper diet, use of fresh water, fresh air, sunshine, exercise and relaxation on one hand, and the use of proper nutrition, herbs and supplements, on the other.
Change your eating and drinking habits, modify your life according to the principles of health and wellbeing and you will have a happier and healthier life; you will keep young for longer. It is my responsibility to teach you how to do this.
